Coating Process

EnviroEnhancement

The EnviroEnhancement process through NCS is applied on the car which involves the heating of the car’s surface to enhance the proper application of the coating. This step is known as “surface activation.” During the surface activation phase, the car’s paint is subjected to a controlled heat source. The heat raises the temperature of the surface, causing it to expand slightly. This expansion creates a more porous surface, allowing the NCS to penetrate more deeply into the paint, forming a stronger bond. The surface activation also helps to eliminate any contaminants or impurities that may be present on the surface, further improving the adhesion of the coating. After the surface has been activated, the NCS is applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring a consistent and effective application of the coating.

In summary, heating the surface during the NCS process helps to improve the adhesion of the coating, ensuring more durable and long-lasting protection for the car’s paint.

Surface Cleaning

The surface of the car must be cleaned and prepped for the NCS to be applied. This involves removing all dirt, grime, and contaminants from the surface of the car.

Surface activation

The car’s surface is subjected to a controlled heat source to activate the surface and improve the adhesion of the NCS.

NCS Application

The robots are programmed to apply the NCS in a controlled and consistent manner, using a spray gun or other application methods. The robots can also be programmed to follow specific patterns to ensure even coverage across the entire car.

Difference

Why ncs better than ceramic and PPF

NCS has several advantages over traditional ceramic coatings and clear PPF (paint protection film) which make it a better choice for car owners:

  • Durability: NCS is a nanotechnology-based coating that provides a layer of protection that is much stronger and more durable than traditional ceramic coatings or PPF.
  • Optically Clear: Unlike PPF, NCS is optically clear, so it does not affect the appearance of the car. This means that the colour and shine of the paint will not be altered or dulled in any way.
  • Hydrophilic Properties: NCS is hydrophilic in nature, which means that it attracts water and repels dirt and grime. This makes it easier to clean and maintain the car, as dirt and grime will simply wash away.
  • UV Protection: NCS provides excellent protection from harmful UV rays, which can cause fading, yellowing, and other damage to the car’s paint.
  • Easy to Apply: NCS can be applied quickly and efficiently using a robotic coating machine, making it much faster and easier to apply than traditional ceramic coatings or PPF.

Overall, NCS provides a superior level of protection for a car’s paint and finish, making it a better choice than traditional ceramic coatings or clear PPF.

PPF

  • It’s more expensive to apply a paint protection film than to simply leave the paint as is. However, the additional costs are more than made up for in long-term value gain—especially in high-risk areas of the vehicle.
  • This is a common flaw of older film types, which degrade and turn pale with substantial UV exposure (given on an outdoor vehicle).

  • Cost 100% 100%
  • Scratch Resistant 84% 84%
  • Nano Car Shield is an invisible Nano Coating which Protects Car paint and gives a long-lasting shine.
  • Nano Car Shield Protect Car Paint from harmful UV rays (It absorbs 96% ultra-violet Rays).
  • Nano Car Shield Prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt up to 70% as Compared to other Coatings.
  • Life 91% 91%
  • Cost 47% 47%
  • Scratch Resistant 63% 63%

Ceramic Coating

  • It’s not a permanent solution. Ceramic coating will eventually wear off, so you’ll need to have it reapplied every six months to provide shine in the protection.
  • Ceramics can only provide shine to the car, if you are expecting some protection too then it would be wrong.

Origin

The Origin of NCS

The origin of NCS, or Nano Car Shield, can be traced back to the laboratories of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) in BHU and Delhi. The product was developed as a result of years of research by the IITians and utilizes nanotechnology to provide a protective and long-lasting solution for car paint. NCS is now offered by P3C, a company in the Renewable Energy.
